All rugs are 100% wool, tufted with a looped pile into polyester cloth made specifically for tufted rugs. A natural latex backing is then lined with cotton. Each rug is signed and numbered and dated by the artist. The rugs are meant for years of use. Care: The rugs should be vacuumed regularly and if the rug needs cleaning, it should be washed by a reputable rug cleaner. Care instructions are provided.
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders- see below).
Returns
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Your replacement order will not be shipped until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders (except for overseas orders). If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference before shipping. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive the difference at the time of shipment.
Special or Custom Orders
Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. You will be informed at the time of purchase if an item is not returnable.
Meg will be happy to make any rug you see in a size to fit your space. Sizes range from 2’ x 3’ to 15’ x 20’. You may also wish to consider having something unique made for your house. Contact Meg to begin a conversation for your special rug.
You will be provided with detailed design materials before your rug is begun. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to start with the balance due on completion.
